Meet Amy

With over 15 years of combined experience as a former Speech & Language Therapist, Yoga Teacher, Sound Artist & Sound Therapist, I’ve had the privilege of supporting many people on their wellbeing journeys. Through Soundology’s in-person yoga and sound baths, I’ve seen how powerful it can be to simply pause, rest, and reconnect.

Alongside this, I create soundscapes inspired by nature, developed during my Biosphere artist residency with Manx Wildlife Trust. I also offer nature sound baths, creating space to experience sound in nature and deepen that sense of connection.

I love sharing the benefits of sound, meditation, and yoga to help you slow down and relax.
